Period Sea Stories Speakers
During our banquet, each of USS Tarawa LHA-1 seven life periods will have one speaker representing their period, plus one speaker representing the USS Tarawa CVA 40 period. They will have between three and five minutes to tell one Authentic Sea Story (Is an Authentic Sea Story an Oxymoron?) that happened during their watch on the USS Tarawa LHA-1/CVA 40. Hopefully, we will not hear any of the Authentic Sea Stories start with either "Once Upon a Time or This Ain't no ____." We will just have to wait and see!
The period speakers will be selected by July 5, 2010 by members of each period.
